After much anticipation, The White Lotus season 3 has finally arrived. After two massively successful seasons set in Hawaii and Sicily, we are now landing on Thai soil, where some familiar faces waiting to greet the new guests and viewers. (Yes, we are talking about BLACKPINK’s Lisa.)
One of the most intriguing aspects about The White Lotus — aside from who will end up dead by the end of the season — is the fact that it has a rotating cast that is always star-studded. Season 1 starred Murray Bartlett, Connie Britton, Alexandra Daddario, and Sydney Sweeney, among many others, while season 2 tapped the likes of Theo James, Aubrey Plaza, Haley Lu Richardson, Will Sharpe, Leo Woodall, and more.
So far in White Lotus history, only Jennifer Coolidge has reprised her role for another season, but Natasha Rothwell will follow suit in season 3, connecting the three chapters of the anthology series more than ever before.
With episodes premiering every week, you are going to want to know these faces very well to try to solve another White Lotus mystery — or at least make an educated guess — so, below, meet the White Lotus season 3 cast and the characters they play.
Leslie Bibb as Kate
Fabio Lovino/HBO
American actor Leslie Bibb is checking into the White Lotus Thailand as Kate, one-third of a long-distance 40-something friends trio who traveled to the other side of the world for a week to spend quality time together. As the teaser shows, the trio will end up trying not to kill each other with micro arguments during their stay — figuratively for now, but this is The White Lotus after all, so we shall see how things progress within the season. “Friendships are complicated, and this journey explores whether these women can rediscover and accept each other,” Bibb told Gotham.

Carrie Coon as Laurie
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Also part of the friend group is Laurie, portrayed by Emmy-nominated actor Carrie Coon. Speaking to Town & Country, series creator Mike White described Laurie as a “basic b*tch.” He added: “The idea was that these three women are on a vacation together, these lovely ladies who all look alike, almost like a big, blonde blob, at least at first glance. Carrie is kind of a stealth bomber. You’re not exactly sure what the dynamic of these women is and where her character is going, but trust me, by the end, it gets juicy. All of Carrie’s dramatic and comedic skills are put to use. If she seems to be in the shadow of her famous friend, she definitely steps out of it.”

Michelle Monaghan as Jaclyn
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Golden Globe nominee Michelle Monaghan rounds off the friendship group as Jaclyn. In Coon’s T&C interview, it was revealed Jaclyn is a television actress footing the bill for the friends’ lavish escapade at the White Lotus resort. Speaking to Collider, Monaghan described Jaclyn as a “fun, juicy character” and teased that “the scope of season 3 is bigger than season 1 and season 2, the cast is bigger as a result. It’s really special.” In the trailer, Laurie seemingly says this about Jaclyn: ”She lives off male attention; it’s pathetic.”
Walton Goggins as Rick Hatchett
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Emmy-nominated actor Walton Goggins is joining the cast of The White Lotus season 3 as Rick Hatchett, who is described as “a rugged man with a chip on his shoulder” and as being “on edge.” The word “grifter” has also been used to describe Rick. All we know about the character is that he is really stressed — and I mean, really — and that he traveled to Thailand with his younger girlfriend, Chelsea, who’s all in to get him signed up for stress management meditation. Judging by the trailer, we also know we won’t be the best of friends with Jason Isaacs’s character. (Also, why is he looking up the hotel’s owners while acting mysterious in the trailer? I guess we’ll have to wait and see!)

Aimee Lou Wood as Chelsea
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Sex Education alum and BAFTA winner Aimee Lou Wood plays Rick’s younger “free-spirited” girlfriend, Chelsea. “The lady in the airport thought you were my dad,” her character hilariously proclaims in the trailer. What we know about Chelsea is that she’s from Manchester (though she was supposed to be American at first) and that she’s resourceful, finding a way to get the couple’s room comped because she “almost died.” We also know she loves to mingle, as the trailer shows her hanging out with quite a handful of characters… Now, where’s Rick while this is all happening?

Jason Isaacs as Timothy Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Known for his portrayal of Lucius Malfoy, Jason Isaacs is stepping into the shoes of another troubled patriarch for The White Lotus season 3 as Timothy Ratliff. Timothy goes to Thailand as a glued-to-his-phone successful businessman, but things will take a turn during his stay. “What am I supposed to tell my family? We are poor now, and daddy’s going to prison?” the character proclaims in the trailer. Well, that seems like the very definition of trouble in paradise.

- Known for: The Harry Potter saga, The OA, Star Trek: Discovery, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and more
Parker Posey as Victoria Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Hollywood veteran Parker Posey plays Timothy’s wife, Victoria Ratliff, who’s just happy to have all the children together and mad that someone stole her lorazepam. From the trailer, we also know she’d rather die than not be rich, so Timothy’s little secret will surely not sit well with her.

- Known for: Scream 3, Dazed and Confused, Blade: Trinity, and more
Patrick Schwarzenegger as Saxon Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Patrick Schwarzenegger will portray the Ratliffs’ oldest son, Saxon, who looks as spoiled as they come. The trailer shows Saxon is up to no good and will link up with other guests, but his primary motive remains to be seen.
Sarah Catherine Hook as Piper Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Sarah Catherine Hook portrays middle child Piper Ratliff, a college senior majoring in religion who has an, ehm, let’s call it, complex and interesting relationship with the rest of her family.
Sam Nivola as Lochlan Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Sam Nivola, son of actors Emily Mortimer and Alessandro Nivola, rounds off the Ratliff family, portraying youngest son Lochlan, a high school senior trying to be the bridge for his two siblings while offering some profoundly deep commentary for viewers. “What if this life is just a test to see if we can become better people?” he poses in the trailer.

Natasha Rothwell as Belinda Lindsey
Fabio Lovino/HBO
A familiar face, Natasha Rothwell reprises her role as Belinda Lindsey from the first season of The White Lotus for season 3. Belinda finds herself in Thailand on an exchange program. “I want to learn everything I can and bring the magic back to Maui,” she says in the trailer. “She’s going to be a guest for the first time, even though she’s taking classes and it’s a work trip. She’s staying at the hotel, which is something that she hasn’t done before, and so we get to see her really dip her toe in the other side of life of the upstairs/downstairs of White Lotus,” Rothwell told EW. “Her purpose for coming to Thailand is to have a dream again.”
Nicholas Duvernay as Zion Lindsey
Fabio Lovino/HBO
American actor Nicholas Duvernay is one of the new faces of the cast, joining in as Zion Lindsey, Belinda’s son, as he himself confirmed on Instagram. Little is known about Zion other than the fact that he loves his mom and that he is team “go big or go home,” as the trailer teases. A great motto to have while staying in a White Lotus location, I guess?

Lalisa Manoban as Mook
Fabio Lovino/HBO
BLACKPINK’s Lisa will be making her acting debut in The White Lotus season 3. She is credited under her real name, Lalisa Manoban, putting some distance between her actor and popstar personas. Manoban portrays Mook, a White Lotus Thailand resort staff member who also works as a health mentor for guests. Aside from her day job and judging by the trailers, it looks like Mook will also have a gig as an entertainer for guests at the hotel. We love a versatile queen. In the summer of 2024, the star opened up about landing the role in the coveted series and admitted the moment brought her to tears, so we can’t wait to see the magic she creates on screen this season.

- Known for: The White Lotus season 3 marks her acting debut, but she’s a global superstar with BLACKPINK and as a soloist
Tayme Thapthimthong as Gaitok
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Born and raised in London to Thai parents, actor Tayme Thapthimthong portrays security guard Gaitok, whose job is to protect the hotel. It looks like Gaitok and Mook are really close, as they often appear together in promotional pictures and trailer moments. In the trailer, we see Gaitok practicing his shooting skills and speaking to Mook about becoming stronger and not wanting to hurt anyone, so it’s safe to assume he’ll have his work cut out for him as chaos reigns. As Time teased, Mook and Gaitok will attend “a Muay Thai match that plays a pivotal role in the season.”

Dom Hetrakul as Pornchai
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Thai actor Dom Hetrakul also joins the cast as Pornchai, one of the wellness experts at the resort who will guide Belinda in her learnings — and, as seen in the trailer, show her how ripped he is.
- Social media: @dom_h_official on Instagram
- Known for: Dhevaprom, Dtai Laah, and more
Arnas Fedaravicius as Valentin
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Lithuanian actor Arnas Fedaravicius is also part of the White Lotus employee roster as Valentin, who, per the trailer, will lead some steamy yoga sessions for guests — and hopefully much more. Judging by behind-the-scenes photos from a Time interview and snippets in the trailer, it looks like Valentin has a penchant for boxing.

Morgana O’Reilly as Pam
Fabio Lovino/HBO

- Known for: The Silence of the Lambs, The Hunt for Red October, and more
Charlotte Le Bon
Fabio Lovino/HBO
Charlotte Le Bon joined the cast of The White Lotus season 3, replacing actor Francesca Corney, reportedly because her character, whose name is still under wraps, needed an older actor to be rotated. While we don’t know what she’s up to, judging by the trailers, we know she will get close to Aimee Lou Wood’s Chelsea. “Why are rich men always so angry?” she can be said in the trailer. And, well, she can tell us!

- Known for: The Hundred-Foot Journey, Anthropoid, and more
Julian Kostov
